A Swiss-based industrial group is seeking a Global Sales Manager to lead its international commercial development in the field of modular clamping tools, precision bearings, and high-precision engineering support systems.This is a strategic leadership role focused on managing global sales operations, driving international growth, and developing commercial opportunities in partnership with clients and distribution networks across Europe, North America, and Asia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global B2B sales strategies
  • Lead and support an international sales team
  • Identify new market segments and growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain client and partner relationships worldwide
  • Coordinate with marketing, engineering, and operations teams
  • Represent the company at key industry events and trade fairs
  • Monitor sales KPIs and manage CRM systems effectively

Candidate profile

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in international technical sales
  • Background in machining, tooling, or industrial manufacturing
  • Fluent in German and English; French is an asset
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Delémont, Switzerland
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategy development skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 50%

Candidates with prior experience at companies such as Sandvik, Kennametal, Walter Tools, Big Kaiser, Rego-Fix, or similar precision tooling firms are especially encouraged to apply.
