Your ‘day to day’

As Lead Laboratory Change & Asset Management, you will establish and maintain quality requirements within the Non-Clinical Sciences (NCS) Laboratories & Operations, collaborating with QA and Testing Laboratories & Governance to ensure audit readiness. You will also oversee asset lifecycle management, lead a team of specialists, and ensure activities comply with GLP, ISO standards, and PMI procedures.

More specifically, you'll

  • Supervise QMS and Laboratory Change Management, ensuring compliance with regulations and continuous improvement.
  • Lead inspection readiness and process improvements based on audit outcomes.
  • Monitor metrics, handle customer satisfaction, and manage external laboratories when applicable.
  • Lead accreditation activities, organize interlaboratory testing, and ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Supervise equipment lifecycle, qualification, and maintenance of laboratory instruments.
  • Oversee validation of equipment, methodologies, and systems.

Who we’re looking for

  • Master's degree in Science, Quality, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred certification in quality or validation.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Life Sciences laboratory environment, with a focus on quality and validation.
  • Experience in people management.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
