Your mission is to foster a strong quality culture, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the value chain—from R&D to production and testing. Represent the Voice of the Customer through feedback and complaint resolution

Drive resolution of top quality issues, monitor KPIs, and lead audits, ensuring adherence to Hitachi Energy’s quality framework.

Deploy continuous improvement strategies using Lean Six Sigma and other methodologies

Collaborate with SCM to ensure supplier quality and alignment with standards
