Head of Product Development (m/f/d)

Your job responsibilities:

1. Management of the PM and R&D team
2. Development and introduction of new products and reinforcement systems for use in construction:
1. Analysis of market needs and idea generation
2. Product concept including feasibility analysis
3. Conception and development (supporting model, tests, application tests, etc.)
4. Industrialization
5. Product launch (preparation of internal processing processes, marketing, training)
3. Management of cross-departmental projects
4. Support of the sales team in engineering consulting and object processing
5. Quality management and certifications

Your profile:

1. Civil engineer ETH / TU with in-depth knowledge of structural engineering
2. At least 5 years of professional experience in the same or similar job function
3. Further training in business administration or similar is an advantage but not essential.
4. Very good knowledge of the industry-standard software for structural engineering
5. Fluent German. English is an advantage.
6. As an open personality, you are solution- and performance-oriented, enthusiastic, and a team player.
