We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Global Wealth Management Graduate Talent Program.

You’ll get to

  • manage national and international voluntary corporate actions, such as dividend reinvestments, takeover offers, capital increases, and more
  • monitor client instructions and coordinate with external stakeholders (e.g., various custodians worldwide)
  • oversee the setup of pre-processing details in the system and ensuring accurate post-processing to close events
  • administer robotic processes, including issue resolution and reporting
  • respond to inquiries from client advisors and internal stakeholders, such as relationship managers, custody client services, etc.
  • handle issues and escalate management effectively
  • identify and drive opportunities for process optimization
  • collaborate with different teams on strategic projects with a goal of improving our client experience and driving engagement
  • build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy, while learning about how we operate to effectively meet the needs of our clients
  • develop professionally by establishing a network of mentors and business contacts we believe are some of the best in the business
  • attend educational events led by senior leaders that provide extensive exposure and insight into the business


Your team

You’ll be working in our Global Wealth Management team in Zurich. We provide advice-based solutions to deliver products and services designed to address the needs of ultra-high net worth and high-net worth individuals and families. We’ve successfully built the number one wealth management franchise in the world. You’ll work with the best talent in the industry, as we help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients.

We are a dynamic and collaborative team within the Corporate Actions Processing department, based in Opfikon, Switzerland. As part of the broader CAIP (Corporate Actions and Income Processing) organization, we play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely execution of corporate action events across global markets.

Our team is responsible for a wide range of operational tasks, including the validation and processing of complex transactions, reconciliation of discrepancies, and coordination with both onshore and offshore stakeholders. We also play a crucial role in the implementation of new tools and processes and contribute to post-release testing and production readiness checks.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who

  • has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree (preferably in economics) no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
  • has excellent English (written and oral), fluency in German preferred
  • has some practical experience in the field of the capital market, especially corporate actions (preferably)
  • has values that align with ours hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
  • is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
  • is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Start Date 1st February 2026
