2025 Graduate Talent Program - Commodity Trade Finance - Romandie

Your role

Are you eager to join our Commodity Trade Finance team, supporting corporate clients with a significant international footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Graduate Talent Program - Commodity Trade Finance in Geneva, Switzerland.

You'll get to:

  1. support relationship managers in their day-to-day work, like client profiling and transaction due diligence
  2. maintain relationships with internal and external clients
  3. build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy
  4. participate in identifying and structuring new financing opportunities, as well as onboarding clients to develop our Commodity Trade Finance franchise
  5. analyze the risks and prepare Credit requests for submission to our Credit Risk Department
  6. ensure monitoring of the commodity flow financed within our Transactional Collateral Management Team
  7. contribute to transversal projects on sustainability and energy transition strategy

Your team

You'll be working in our Commodity Trade Finance Metals and Petrochemicals team. We are responsible for corporate clients from small enterprises to large trading houses. Our clients are trading companies with a significant international footprint. Our Commodity Trade Finance team is staffed with more than 100 experienced professionals whose mission is to arrange the financing for flows of commodities around the planet.

Your expertise

We're looking for a candidate who:

  1. has completed their master's degree within the last 18 months in the field of Finance, Banking, Mathematics, or Data sciences; a double degree or CFA level II is a plus
  2. has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
  3. has international experience thanks to studies or internships abroad
  4. is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
  5. has solid analytical skills with a deep interest in commodities and geopolitics
  6. is fluent in French and in English; additional languages are a plus
