Plant Controller

EMEA Recruitment is working with a transforming manufacturing business in its search for a Plant Controller to be based on site 25% of the month in Seewis and 75% at Head office in Schaffhausen.

Joining this innovative business, you’ll work in a standalone role on site liaising with head office.

The successful applicant will have strong experience in Plant Controlling within manufacturing, speak fluent German, and be able to work in a fluid and fast-paced environment.

• Duties of the Plant Controller will include:

• Manage product cost accounting, standard cost accounting
• Maintain and build strong working relationship across all departments
• Prepare and provide monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Review and implement new processes within Controlling
• Ensure compliance standards are adhered to

• Essential requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting
• Minimum of 4 years working in manufacturing within Plant Controlling
• Fluent in German and English
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of SAP
• Strong Excel skills
