Responsibilities:

  • Act as a developing subject matter expert, managing or contributing to research projects supporting the discovery, development, and molecular engineering of Biotherapeutic entities, as well as new processes and technologies for biologics discovery.
  • Accurately interpret complex datasets and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders through disclosures such as reports, manuscripts, and presentations.
  • Utilize emerging fields to generate innovative research ideas and initiatives.
  • Contribute to strategic project planning and present research strategies to influence senior leadership decisions.
  • Collect experimental results and coordinate patent applications, technical reports, protocols, SOPs, and manuscripts.
  • Develop technologies to improve processes and quality of Biotherapeutics.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
  • Coach and train junior colleagues in techniques and responsibilities.
  • Incorporate Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision-making.
