Talking to immigrants and the people who love them to help determine if our firm can assist in navigating the immigration process and securing the benefits they desire.

Responsibilities include:
- Conduct strategy sessions via Google Meet and/or in person
- Document all interactions through our CRM software
- Create short videos (1-3 minutes) with tips or updates for leads and clients
- Create mid-length videos (3-5 minutes) explaining processes
- Work with our leads team to sign up new cases
- Explain complex immigration concepts in an understandable way
- Lead and participate in team meetings
- Supervise production team in preparing petitions/applications
- Draft and review legal documents and application packages
- Research case law, regulations, and statutes
- Evaluate eligibility for immigration benefits
- Review immigration forms for accuracy
- Manage client relationships and complex projects
- Attend interviews and court appearances as needed
- Occasional travel required
- Participate as a guest or co-host on GreenCardGuys TV
- Build relationships with community organizations and bar associations
- Represent pro bono or low bono clients, including victims of domestic violence
- Work a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Attend community and bar events
Qualifications include:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active bar admission (TX or NY preferred)
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with legal documents and immigration law
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and work collaboratively
- Results-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Strategic, innovative, and eager to learn
- Flexibility, discretion, and good judgment
- Ability to relate to diverse backgrounds
- Open to feedback and mentorship
Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $95,000 annually.
