Our national immigration firm is looking for a leader who is ready for a challenge.

Someone who can work with our leads team to sign up new cases, five days a week.

Talking to immigrants and the people who love them to help determine if our firm can assist in navigating the immigration process and securing the benefits they desire.

You don’t have to fill out or revise forms.

And you don’t have to worry about collecting payments from clients.

Instead, you get to work entirely remotely from home.

We invest in our attorneys and advance their careers by providing opportunities for substantive client contact as well as involvement in case strategy and management.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Conduct strategy sessions via Google Meet and/or in person
  2. Document all interactions through our CRM software
  3. Create short videos (1-3 minutes) with tips or updates for leads and clients
  4. Create mid-length videos (3-5 minutes) explaining processes
  5. Work with our leads team to sign up new cases
  6. Explain complex immigration concepts in an understandable way
  7. Lead and participate in team meetings
  8. Supervise production team in preparing petitions/applications
  9. Draft and review legal documents and application packages
  10. Research case law, regulations, and statutes
  11. Evaluate eligibility for immigration benefits
  12. Review immigration forms for accuracy
  13. Manage client relationships and complex projects
  14. Attend interviews and court appearances as needed
  15. Occasional travel required
  16. Participate as a guest or co-host on GreenCardGuys TV
  17. Build relationships with community organizations and bar associations
  18. Represent pro bono or low bono clients, including victims of domestic violence
  19. Work a minimum of 40 hours per week
  20. Attend community and bar events

Qualifications include:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Active bar admission (TX or NY preferred)
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • Familiarity with legal documents and immigration law
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and work collaboratively
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • Strategic, innovative, and eager to learn
  • Flexibility, discretion, and good judgment
  • Ability to relate to diverse backgrounds
  • Open to feedback and mentorship

Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $95,000 annually.
