Machine Learning Engineer (Generative AI)

We\'re a VC-funded, Swiss-based startup looking for a senior ML engineer with experience in Image Generation and Editing Tasks to tackle the core technical challenges of generative AI in a high-stakes visual domain.

Generative AI will transform fashion content creation, but off-the-shelf image and video generation models fail to deliver the product accuracy and brand consistency that enterprises require.

Tasks

1. Develop or fine-tune image generation and editing models, for example to improve character consistency and garment accuracy.
2. Design and build robust evaluation pipelines from the ground up to quantitatively and qualitatively measure photorealism, texture fidelity, and product accuracy. Work with both subjective and objective evals.
3. Deploy your R&D into production: develop prototypes to enable clients to test the research in real scenarios and write production grade code that can be integrated and does not remain research.

Requirements

• Provable experience in using ML Image Generation or Editing, gained in a research lab (PhD in this specific topic) or in industry
• Deep, hands-on experience with Qwen, WAN , Flux or Stable Diffusion. Ideally both integration and deep level customisations.
• diffusers or pytorch experience
• (Appreciated) Passion for Photography, Generative Media or Fashion
