• Strategic Portfolio Management: Lead and optimize our Application Portfolio Management (LeanIX), ensuring alignment with our technology lifecycle and resource efficiency.
• Agile Architecture Leadership: Guide architectural decision-making within the SAFe framework, supporting Agile Release Trains (ARTs) with a strategic and forward-looking vision.
• Future-Ready Solutions: Mentor product architects to design robust, scalable architectures that enable innovation and long-term success.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate technical strategies clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from developers to executives.
• Technology Innovation: Evaluate and champion emerging technologies, driving critical decisions that position us as a tech leader.
• Collaborative Culture: Contribute actively to the Enterprise Architecture community, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
  

Requirements

Your Expertise

Technical Skills

• Proven experience in software development and modern agile methodologies.
• Strong expertise in cloud technologies, advanced integration architectures, and AI/ML innovations.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Avaloq ACP and experience in banking or financial services.
