Senior Transaction Manager (Real-Estate Financing, 70-100%)

Our client is a leading firm specializing in real estate financing within the DACH region. Operating with a streamlined and highly skilled team based in Zug, the company focuses on managing and coordinating outsourced service providers.

Position: (Senior) Transaction Manager

Qualifications:

• University degree, preferably in real estate, economics, or finance
• Professional experience in real estate transactions
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong knowledge of real estate finance

Responsibilities :

• Execute real estate financing transactions, including structuring underlying assets and coordinating borrowers and service providers such as lawyers, notaries, engineers, and banks
• Negotiate transaction terms with borrowers
• Manage and structure collateral
• Assist in brokering finance and fund administration
• Aid in preparing control reports, investor reporting, and liquidity planning

Candidate Profile :

• Relevant university degree with experience in real estate financing or transactions
• Organized, flexible, proactive, and customer-focused professional
• Fluent German skills and proficient English skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel
