Responsibilities

• Manage complex server infrastructures and ensure network systems operate smoothly, quickly, and reliably.
• Support IT support tasks, set up new workplaces, and quickly find practical solutions to technical challenges.
• Automate routine tasks to optimize digital processes, increasing efficiency and maintaining a stable IT environment.
• Oversee data security by monitoring backup processes and ensuring all information remains complete and reliable.

Qualifications

• Completed Ausbildung in IT with practical experience in technical support and network administration.
• Well-versed in server architectures, network technologies, and backup solutions, acting confidently in these areas.
• Knowledge of automation or programming is advantageous; willingness to learn these areas is required.
• Professional demeanor in German and English, with team spirit, service orientation, and a solution-focused work approach.
