Tasks

What you can expect from the job

• Define and prioritize product features and improvements based on customer feedback, market research, and business goals.
• Create and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and priorities.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and design specifications.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that delivered features meet quality standards and user expectations.
• Maintain and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Regularly exchange with customers and stakeholders.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Work closely with engineering, sales and operations to advance our product and improve our offering.

Requirements

What we are looking for

• You advocate for the customer, leveraging insights to guide product enhancements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
• You are a collaborative leader who fosters teamwork, inspires cross-functional collaboration, and motivates teams towards shared product goals.
• Strong decision-making skills to prioritize tasks and features, balancing short-term objectives with long-term strategic goals.
• You have an analytical mindset, leveraging data and metrics to make product decisions, track performance, and continuously optimize the product.
• You should be adaptable and open to adjusting plans and priorities based on new information or shifts in business needs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a good communicator with proficiency in English.
• Experience as a product owner with SaaS.
• A plus is payment domain knowledge, particularly with card payment networks (Mastercard, Visa, etc.).
• Familiarity with technical concepts and software development processes can be advantageous.
