Job Overview

As an HR Allrounder*in, you will be a strategic and operational partner for the Directorate, General Secretariat, and Staff. In this varied and challenging role, your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting and advising approximately 35 employees and managers across all relevant HR processes from onboarding to exit, including administrative HR tasks.
  • Participating in interesting, university-wide HR projects.
  • Providing advice and support to managers and employees.
  • Contributing to strategic HR questions.
  • Participating in the overarching HR responsible group at FHNW.

Candidate Profile

You are a charismatic, forward-thinking team player who is service-oriented and organized, able to stay calm in hectic situations. Ideally, you bring the following qualifications:

  • Completed federal HR specialist diploma or an equivalent higher qualification in HR management.
  • Several years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong social skills and high sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, spoken and written.
  • Proficient in MS Office, good SAP HR skills, and affinity for various IT tools.
  • Independent, structured, and reliable work approach.
