We aren't looking for a "relationship manager" or a "mediocre lead-follower." We are looking for a High-Velocity Enterprise AE with a "Fast and Furious" mindset—someone who has spent years in the trenches of Document AI/IDP/Automation and is ready to leverage their network to drive crazy growth in the Financial Services and Insurance sectors.
Hunt & Close the Giants: You will own the full sales cycle for Tier-1 Financial Services and Insurance accounts. You aren't just selling software; you are selling a transformation.
Leverage Your Network: You’ll hit the ground running by tapping into your existing professional network and partner ecosystem to open doors that are currently closed to others.
Navigate Complexity: You excel at navigating the labyrinth of massive organizations—from procurement and IT security to C-suite stakeholders—securing multi-year deals that move the needle.
Strategic RFP Mastery: You don't just "fill out" RFPs; you architect them to win. You understand enterprise evaluation processes better than anyone and know how to position Parashift as the only viable solution.
Pipeline Engineering: You work with Sales and Marketing to over-engineer our outbound strategy, ensuring a constant flow of high-value opportunities.
The IDP Veteran: 5+ years of deep experience selling Document AI, Automation, or IDP solutions. You know the players, the pain points, and the pitfalls of this specific market.
The Track Record: A proven, "tremendous" history of selling high-value SaaS into very large organizations ($300k+ ARR). You have the numbers to back it up.
Industry Focus: You are a specialist in the DACH Financial Services and Insurance landscape, with the ability and ambition to expand our footprint into the UK and the rest of Europe.
The "Fast & Furious" DNA: You have a "crazy-ass" work ethic and a hunger for growth. You are a self-starter who moves faster than the competition and doesn't settle for "mediocre."
Language Mastery: Native German and Fluent English are mandatory. French is a massive advantage for our European expansion.
Proximity to the Action: You believe in the power of a high-performance culture. While we prefer you to live in the region of Basel, you can be located anywhere in the core of Europe.
