The role:

We are looking for a Pre-sales Lead to strengthen the growth of our Digital Experience business in Switzerland, while also helping expand other practices from the VASS Group such as AI, Data, Cloud and Digital Transformation.

You will play a key role in shaping proposals for clients across industries such as banking, insurance, and the public sector, collaborating with experts from across the group to bring the best capabilities to each opportunity.

As Presales Lead, you will manage the end-to-end creation of commercial and technical offers from understanding client needs to designing complete proposals with the right specialists from our local and international teams.

You’ll work closely with account managers, solution architects, and delivery leads to design solutions that are technically sound, competitive, and aligned with client goals.

You will:

  • Lead the presales process from initial opportunity to final proposal.
  • Define client’s vision with the Account Manager, set agendas, select relevant topics and content, and lead workshops to advance the client’s vision, foster growth, and create future opportunities
  • Gather and analyze client needs during discovery sessions or workshops, translating them into clear scopes, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Design and coordinate the offer creation process: identify and involve the right internal and group experts to contribute to the solution.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including project timelines, budgets, and effort estimations.
  • Collaborate with delivery and technical teams across the VASS Group to ensure proposals are feasible, consistent, and well-presented.
  • Support Account Managers during client presentations, demos, and negotiations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of our presales assets (templates, estimators, case libraries, and references).
  • Stay up to date on trends and best practices in Adobe, CMS, AI and Marketing Technology to bring fresh thinking to our offers.
  • Support offer creation and new service packaging, help structure slides, summarize competitors, and refine value propositions.

You have:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in digital projects as a consultant, project manager or pre-sales.
  • Solid understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Campaign, Target, Analytics), Adobe Experience Platform (AJO, CJA, RTCDP) and/or other MarTech and CMS platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate client challenges into structured solutions.
  • Experience preparing budgets, timelines, and implementation approaches for medium to large-scale digital projects.
  • Proven track-record of working in cross-functional and international teams, often coordinating experts from different countries.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented mind-set and the ability to manage multiple offers in parallel.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • C1-C2 level of proficiency in English and German; French is a plus.
