  • Full responsibility for global CRM (Sales) & Sales Enablement platform ownership - Ensuring effective platform & process support for our HQ & Affiliate Sales teams as well as for related strategic priorities & initiatives
  • Driving the ongoing enhancement of the CRM (Dynamics 365 Sales) & Sales Enablement (Showpad) platforms via new features, integrations & optimisations that enhance customer & user experience and improve internal efficiency
  • Continuously analysing & optimising platform performance via clearly defined & communicated KPIs & KPI targets to ensure we extract maximum value from these platforms. Proactively raising & addressing any KPI performance issues in a clear & timely fashion with the related stakeholder groups
  • Owning and governing related platform processes for CRM (Sales) and Sales Enablement, including processes for managing incidents, enhancement change requests and onboarding / training as well as related business processes such as Opportunity Management
  • Ensuring creation & maintenance of detailed, up-to-date & easily accessible user platform documentation
  • Working closely with global IT team, external partners, as well as the "Digital Business Technical Support" function, to ensure ongoing platform technical support
  • Proactively proposing new platforms, processes & initiatives that will support the enhancement of our Digital Maturity & Customer Experience in Sales : Supporting or leading the evaluation, implementation & roll-out of any new platforms & processes

Qualifications

  • Related CRM Platform certifications, e.g. "Microsoft 365 Fundamentals" and / or "Dynamics 365 Customer Experience Analyst Associate"
  • Experience useful 5+ years CRM Manager
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English as well as very good presentation skills
  • Enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams
  • Independent, creative and solution-oriented thinking with practical implementation skills as well as a high degree of initiative, resilience and flexibility
