Job Description:

Our client, a major financial institution based in Zurich, is looking for an experienced Process Manager to support the development of a process framework within a strategic project. This role focuses on modeling customer lifecycle processes and designing a related control framework.

Responsibilities:

• Support the setup of a structured process framework
• Model and optimize customer lifecycle processes
• Develop and document a control framework
• Work closely with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

Professional & Methodological Skills:

• Strong experience in process management
• (process modeling, frameworks, governance)
• Expertise in BPMN 2.0
• Solid knowledge of banking operations
• Proven track record in building control frameworks
• Understanding of data management principles

Tools/Technology:

• Confluence

Languages:

• German: Fluent (spoken and written)
• English: Fluent
