Senior Legal Counsel

Flex Suisse is the leading provider of flexible staffing solutions in the Legal & Compliance sector in Switzerland, Germany, and Liechtenstein. For one of our clients in the MedTech sector, we are currently looking for a Senior Legal Counsel (Commercial & Compliance).

Medtech | Senior Legal Counsel | Basel/Geneva | 3+Months | 100% | asap | CHF 150k+

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support across commercial operations including contract matters, sales & marketing activities, and general business advisory.
• Act as a key partner to the business units, offering pragmatic legal guidance on daily operational and strategic questions.
• Oversee compliance activities, including code of conduct adherence, interactions with healthcare professionals, and internal approvals.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders and support the regional legal leadership in ongoing projects and organizational needs.

Experience

• Swiss-qualified lawyer with 8–10 years of experience in a MedTech, Pharma, or healthcare-focused company (bar exam is beneficial).
• Strong commercial law background with experience supporting in-house stakeholders in sales, marketing, or market access.
• Solid understanding of compliance frameworks in regulated healthcare sectors and the ability to provide clear, practical guidance.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English; comfortable working in an international, fast-paced environment with regular on-site presence.
• Resident of Switzerland or Liechtenstein
