Overview

We're looking for a creative and analytical powerhouse to help us with :

Compact & Efficient UI for Mechanics: This is your chance to shine. You'll be tasked with making our UI more compact, intuitive, and efficient for our core users on the factory floor. Think "mechanic-proof" design that's both powerful and easy to use.

Application Workflow Optimization: You'll dive deep into our application, identifying and eliminating friction to create a seamless and efficient user experience.

Creative Promotion: We're looking for innovative ideas to showcase our application's features and benefits to a wider audience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a compact, intuitive UI for mechanics that is powerful yet easy to use on the factory floor.
• Analyze product management considerations, including functionality, edge cases, and details to support a shared vision for the team.
• Identify friction points within the application workflow and optimize for a seamless user experience.
• Develop innovative ideas to promote the application's features and benefits to a wider audience.

Who you are

• Enthusiast to provide specifications with your work
• Capable of breaking complex design problems into small Jira tickets and self-contained scopes
• A UI/UX designer with a killer portfolio that showcases problem-solving skills and user-centric design
• A pro with Figma, or your design weapon of choice.
• A self-starter who can run with a brief and make it sing. You’re not afraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo.
• A great communicator who can articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with our team.
• Experience in B2B / SaaS is a huge plus.
