They are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join their organization as the Head of Wealth. This strategic role is intended for a leader with a strong background in Crypto, traditional banking services, private banking, and relationship management. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in key account management and a deep understanding of financial products and services. Familiarity with cryptocurrency and digital assets are highly desirable as they aim to incorporate innovative solutions into wealth management offerings.

Your Role

  • Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals, risk appetite, and investment priorities.
  • Shape and deliver the overall wealth management strategy to drive sustainable business growth.
  • Partner with senior leadership to ensure the wealth management agenda aligns with the company’s broader strategic vision.
  • Lead, mentor, and expand the team to continuously elevate the firm’s wealth management offering.
  • Spot new market opportunities and emerging trends to strengthen and diversify the company’s services.
  • Serve as a key advisor to high-net-worth individuals, tailoring financial solutions that align with their long-term objectives.
  • Guarantee top-tier client service and relationship management, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Organize exclusive client events and experiences designed to deepen relationships and attract new business.
  • Conduct holistic financial and economic assessments to identify areas of growth and improvement for clients.
  • Recommend investment products and alternative strategies based on robust research and market analysis.
  • Regularly monitor client portfolios and adjust strategies to reflect evolving market conditions and client needs.
  • Provide proactive financial guidance, addressing queries and anticipating client requirements.
  • Contribute to the firm’s financial performance by delivering bespoke planning and wealth solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop innovative products and enhance service offerings.
  • Stay ahead of regulatory developments, market shifts, and global economic trends to provide timely and informed advice.

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years’ experience in wealth management, Crypto, private banking, or traditional banking.
  • Proven track record in key account management and working with high-net-worth (HNI/ UHNI/ UHNW) clients.
  • Deep knowledge of financial products, wealth management practices, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and scaling global teams.
  • Adept at working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
  • Strong command of financial analysis tools, portfolio management platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust at the highest levels.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making.
