Job Description:

DLG (Digital Luxury Group) is an international agency with offices in Geneva, Shanghai, and New York, offering social media, e-commerce, CRM, consulting, and creative services to luxury brands. It has expertise in digital strategies targeting sophisticated consumers through technological know-how, creativity, and luxury savoir-faire. DLG is also the publisher of Luxury Society, a resource for luxury executives.

Our Young Talent Program: A 12-month full-time contract providing real work experience, exposure, and immersion into our diverse organization. Members work on current priorities, are involved in all activities, and receive mentorship and structured development. It offers a challenging role in a global environment with resources to explore new ideas.

Role and Responsibilities: As part of the Performance Marketing Team, you'll work with luxury brands to develop marketing strategies, collaborate with professionals, conduct research, support campaign implementation, monitor analytics, produce reports, and participate in meetings. You'll gain a comprehensive understanding of digital touchpoints in client ecosystems.

Minimum Requirements: 6-9 months experience in SEO/SEA/Social Media Campaigns, reporting tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, English and French C1, advanced MS Office skills, project management tools experience, familiarity with Buffer or Sprout, affinity for creative design and luxury industry, Swiss nationality or valid work permit.
