We are seeking a highly talented Strategy Consulting professional (e.g., Senior Managers, Directors, Engagement Managers, Associate Partners, Principals) with a strong understanding of technology and digital transformation to join our Strategy Consulting Public Sector team in the Benelux region.

What you will do

The Managing Partner, Public Sector, will provide technology foresight and intelligence to senior leaders at Gartner clients, especially within EU institutions such as:

• European Commission
• European Parliament
• European Central Bank
• EU Court of Justice
• European Investment Bank
• CERT-EU
• EPSO

What you need

We seek candidates with the ability to advise at the highest level, with experience including:

• Consulting experience from a top management consulting firm
• MBA qualification (desirable)
• Strong understanding of the Public Sector, ideally with experience working with large international bodies such as EU Secretariat, European Commission, European Parliament, ECB, EU Court of Justice, European Investment Bank, CERT-EU, EPSO
• Experience in developing GTM strategies and contributing to sales pursuits and proposals
• Expertise in IT Strategy, IT Strategy Execution, and Value Realization
• Proficiency in strategic consulting frameworks and financial principles
• Fluency in English and Dutch or French

Additional experience in CIO Advisory Services, including areas such as:

• Digital Transformation (customer experience, CRM, talent, agile working, AI, automation)
• Applications Modernization and Optimization
• Data, Analytics, and AI adoption
• Sourcing strategy, Vendor Relationship Management, Contract Optimization
• Cybersecurity and IT Risk strategy
