Job Description

Reporting to the Vice President Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving Tissot’s success across key international markets. Your responsibilities include business development, marketing, sales strategy, and distribution management to ensure brand growth and visibility worldwide.

Markets/Distribution

  • Drive business development strategies within designated territories, aligning with corporate objectives
  • Develop and implement retail and wholesale distribution strategies to enhance brand presence
  • Manage POS openings, relocations, and closures, working with HQ design teams
  • Evaluate local team structures and implement necessary changes
  • Collaborate with partners to formulate business plans and set targets

Marketing and Brand Strategy

  • Coordinate marketing plans with local teams, ensuring alignment with HQ campaigns
  • Oversee marketing expenses and deploy effective training tools in collaboration with the Training Team
  • Ensure visual merchandising guidelines are followed and oversee advertising campaigns

Sales and Performance Management

  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and sales reporting
  • Analyze sell-in/sell-out data and SKU performance for optimization
  • Evaluate and expand business partnerships and market presence
  • Negotiate distribution agreements and oversee legal, financial, logistics operations
  • Coordinate with HQ departments to align strategies and report market insights

Professional Requirements

  • Higher education in business, marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of international sales experience, preferably in watchmaking

Languages

  • French: native or fluent
  • English: excellent proficiency
