Country Manager Switzerland

Our client is a company specialising in the development and sales of tailor-made premium travel solutions. It offers personalised travel planning to its customers and has developed an intelligent software solution to facilitate this process. The company has its headquarters in Italy and locations in France, the Benelux, and Germany. Currently, they are expanding into the Swiss market and are looking for a Country Manager.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and leading the Swiss branch
• Developing and managing strategic and operational business in the Swiss market
• Identifying new business opportunities
• Developing and implementing sales strategies
• Close cooperation with the Italian based parent company
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners
• Preparing reports and tracking the company's performance in Switzerland

Profile

• Solid experience in sales or management in the tourism industry, ideally in the field of "tailor-made tours"
• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and building relationships with clients and partners
• Experience with intelligent software solutions in the tourism sector is advantageous
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English; other languages are beneficial
• Results-oriented and able to work independently at strategic and operational levels
