Head of IT Infrastructure

Location: Graubünden region

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days remote / 2 days on-site)

Position Overview

An international company is seeking a Team Lead – IT Infrastructure to manage a skilled team of 8 mid-to-senior level System Engineers. This role involves overseeing infrastructure projects, coordinating operations across two office locations, and engaging with key internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 8 experienced System Engineers
• Manage and coordinate IT infrastructure projects
• Develop and enhance the company’s network environment
• Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders on infrastructure-related matters
• Bridge communication between technical teams across locations

Profile

• Strong background in IT infrastructure and Microsoft environments (AD, Azure, M365)
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage cross-functional projects is highly desirable
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Italian and German (both required); English is a plus
• Willingness to travel regularly between sites (fully covered by the company)
