Position: 100%, Location: St. Gallen/Rheintal

We are seeking a motivated, negotiation-savvy individual with solid expertise in health insurance or relevant experience within a health insurance company. Our focus on 'Health' is a top priority for AXA Group and AXA Switzerland, and we rely on our own sales channels—primarily you—to deliver quality service.

Your Responsibilities

• Providing needs-based advice to clients on health insurance, including supplementary solutions and cost-saving opportunities in basic insurance
• Demonstrating passion and dedication for our clients and AXA
• Contributing to our growth and success, trusted by over 100,000 clients in health coverage
• Sharing your specialized knowledge with colleagues
• Recommending additional products (non-life), pension solutions, and services related to estate planning and succession
• Acquiring new clients and building external networks

Your Skills and Talents

• Completed apprenticeship and professional experience in insurance, preferably in health insurance
• Confident presence, enjoyment in customer interactions, and strong communication skills
• Persuasive, resilient personality with high customer service orientation
• Self-reliant, flexible, and regionally connected
• Fluent in German, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus
• Enthusiasm for modern digital tools
