We have recently partnered with a leading manufacturing company looking for a Senior D365 CRM expert to lead CRM-related projects and contribute hands-on to the development and customization of their D365 platform. This is a key role driving digital transformation within our customer and sales processes.

• Lead end-to-end CRM project implementations and rollouts across the organization
• Customize, configure, and develop solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE to meet business needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and IT to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• Integrate D365 CE with other enterprise systems and data platforms
• Provide ongoing support, training, and optimization of the CRM system
• Ensure best practices in development, data governance, and user experience

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM)
• Strong technical background in D365 configuration, customization, workflows, plugins, and Power Platform
• Project leadership experience, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Proficient in German (mandatory) and English
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
