YOUR CHALLENGES

1. Design, implement, and maintain cloud applications that add real business value in forecasting, supply chain planning and optimization.
2. Develop scalable AI/ML solutions for better decision-making in supply chain management.
3. Optimize ETL workflows and data pipelines for business applications.
4. Implement UI solutions for cloud business applications.
5. Promote adoption of digital tools across departments.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technology solutions.
7. Mentor and train the organization on cloud and AI applications.
8. Play a key role in establishing a competence center for innovation in SCM digitalization.
9. Lead digital transformation initiatives in the strategic semiconductor supply chain.

1. 3+ years of experience in cloud applications, AI/ML solutions, or data science.
2. MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields.
3. Expertise in Azure ML, MLOps, DBT, and cloud-native application design.
4. Strong skills in Python, SQL, PySpark.
5. Knowledge of time-series forecasting, optimization, and analytics.
6. Experience with ML/DL libraries like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
7. Ability to build UIs with Power BI, Streamlit, or Dash Plotly.
8. Familiarity with other major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is a plus.
9. Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
10. Leadership, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing mindset.
11. Familiarity with supply chain systems (D365, SAP, Kinaxis) and supply chain KPIs and processes is a plus.
