At Size & Fit, we help customers find what fits the first time by creating scalable feedback loops between fashion consumers and creators. We provide advice and experiences that ensure customers get the right fit, and generate business intelligence to support brands in optimizing their strategies.

Our team collaborates with the Propositions teams to enhance the shopping experience through algorithmic development, ensuring customers find the perfect fit every time.

THE ROLE

As Director of Engineering for Size & Fit, you will deliver customer-centric, data-driven products that revolutionize how customers and brand partners find the right fit. You will lead our engineering teams across Fullstack, Data, R&D, and App engineering, defining strategy, roadmaps, and delivery processes.

You will establish strong relationships with product, design, and applied science teams to define and execute long-term vision and strategy, and will be responsible for hiring and developing talent to ensure long-term growth and success.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS - WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF:

• Experience building and scaling Virtual Try On solutions to millions of users.
• Inspirational technical leadership with a clear vision, collaborative approach, and a focus on empowering teams.
• 7+ years of engineering leadership, managing complex and geographically distributed teams of managers.
• Deep expertise in data engineering and deploying ML solutions for compelling user experiences.
• Experience with Virtual Try On / 3D / AR / VR / Avatar technologies.
• Strong collaboration skills with applied science, product, and engineering teams to craft strategy and vision.
• Strategic, analytical thinking.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influence skills, capable of translating technical strategies into business impact.
