Job Summary

At Valiantys, we empower organizations to work smarter with Atlassian solutions. As a Lead Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering strategic, cross-practice engagements. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you’ll guide teams, mentor consultants, and set the standard for consulting excellence. Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of strategic and complex projects, ensuring solutions align with client needs, feasibility, and best practices
• Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping impactful solutions and maximizing client value
• Mentor and develop consultants, fostering knowledge sharing and supporting their growth
• Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues and ensure quality delivery across engagements
• Manage and grow your team: setting goals, monitoring performance, recruiting, onboarding, and enabling consultants
• Drive continuous improvement of Valiantys’ standards, methods, and service offerings
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Delivery Managers, Practice Leads, Project Managers, and Sales to ensure client success
• Support presales efforts by reviewing Statements of Work, validating feasibility, and delivering tailored demonstrations
• Represent Valiantys at industry events, contribute to thought leadership, and share insights from the field
