We are looking for support as
Senior Full Stack Engineer (React, Java) (m/f/d)

- Design, develop, test, and ship robust, maintainable, and readable web applications
- Bring in industry standards and best practices to continuously simplify the current software architecture to reduce complexity and maintenance cost
- Solve hard problems where lateral thinking is required
- Monitor the production systems to spot improvement opportunities
- Make a positive impact on our engineering culture by adopting, implementing, and providing feedback on best standards and practices
- 3+ years of backend development experience with Java (e.g., Spring/Spring Boot) and REST APIs
- Experience building production-grade, scalable, and maintainable systems
- Knowledge of microservices, automated testing, design patterns, containerized architectures, and tools like Swagger or mocks
- A proactive attitude with strong critical-thinking skills and the ability to challenge the status quo
- Comfort taking ownership from ideation to deployment, balancing technical excellence with business goals
- Strong communication skills in Italian and English, and a collaborative mindset
- Nice to have: Experience in FinTech and/or mentoring team members
