Job Description

• Oversee logistical processes – including goods receipt, storage, picking, and the handling of B2B and eCommerce deliveries – ensuring day‑to‑day dispatch in line with deadlines and quality standards. Drive continuous improvement processes, optimise warehouse layouts, and design more efficient logistics systems.
• Lead, encourage, and inspire a committed team, fostering a culture of excellence, ownership, and joy.
• Analyse key logistics KPIs, derive optimisation measures, and actively contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction. Participate in logistics projects and spearhead initiatives for redesigning and improving processes. Train and support development programmes for staff.
• Collaborate closely with other team leaders to continuously increase operational efficiency and overall productivity at the distribution centre.

Profile

• Knowledge of warehouse management systems in an SAP environment (EWM system, SAP R3 and S4/Hana, KEP, AutoKEP, integrated systems).
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, strong customer orientation, and a calm demeanor even in hectic situations. Exceptional communication and social skills. Proactive, entrepreneurial, and capable of steering complex logistical flows and leading cross‑functional teams successfully.

Professional Requirements

• Hold an Swiss federal logistics professional certificate or equivalent training. Demonstrable experience in team leadership with a proven ability to motivate and develop people. Extensive knowledge in process optimisation and implementation of logistical solutions.

Languages

• Very good proficiency in German, French, and English.
