Base pay range

CHF65,000.00/yr - CHF80,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Unterstützung von Windows Servern, Client-Betriebssystemen und Azure
• Bearbeitung von First-Level-Support über Zendesk und Betreuung von Anfragen
• Organisation externen Supports und Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten
• Netzwerk-Support (TCP/IP, WAN/LAN, Router) und Einholung von Angeboten bei Hardwareproblemen

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung und relevante Berufserfahrung
• Hohe IT-Affinität und Offenheit für neue Technologien
• Technisches Wissen und Erfahrung mit Ticketsystemen
• Supporterfahrung in Cloud, Windows Server und Grafikkartentreibern
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
