RESPONSABILITIES
Design Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of designers, artists, and creatives to deliver innovative concepts and designs that push the boundaries of event experience.
Design Oversight: Guide the design process from initial sketches to final production, ensuring quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
Spatial Design: Lead the spatial design for global events, including floor plans and layouts, ensuring optimal flow and visual impact.
Interior Architecture: Oversee architectural elements, structures, fixtures, and installations to create cohesive environments.
Materials & Finishes: Select materials and textures that enhance aesthetics, durability, sustainability, and brand alignment.
Collaborative Planning: Work closely with event producers, lighting, and AV teams to integrate design elements seamlessly.
Client Consultation: Understand client visions and translate needs into innovative spatial solutions reflecting their brand ethos.
Prototyping & Mock-ups: Develop prototypes and visualizations for client feedback and iteration.
Technical Expertise: Use CAD, 3D modeling, and rendering tools for detailed drawings and specifications.
Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to safety standards and project timelines through rigorous checks.
Vendor Relations: Maintain relationships with vendors and partners to source talent and resources.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on emerging trends and innovations in event design and production.
