In this role, you will actively shape our transformation process as Team Leader MM/PP, together with your team.
As part of our SAP Competence Center, you will take responsibility for SAP processes in the areas of Materials Management and Production Planning, act as a central contact for our business departments, and drive strategic projects as well as the further development of our system landscape.
Your tasks:
- Responsibility for the continuous development and optimization of MM and PP processes in the SAP S/4HANA environment
- Hands-on work in the SAP system, including customizing and execution of tests
- Management and implementation of projects in the area of purchasing, production & logistics
- Close cooperation with the purchasing, production & logistics departments to analyze and implement requirements
- Ensuring stable operations and providing 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP MM/PP processes
- Monitoring and managing external service providers within projects and support tasks
- Fostering team development and motivation
Required experience and skills:
- Degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the SAP MM/PP environment, ideally with S/4HANA
- Sound know-how in purchasing, production & logistics processes and supply chain
- Practical experience in leading and successfully executing IT/SAP projects
- Experience in handling production-specific requirements such as BOMs, routings, MRP, and shop floor processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with hands-on mentality
- Initial leadership experience or strong leadership competencies in project contexts
- Excellent communication skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and a collaborative approach
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Experience along the entire supply chain
