Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest quality and reliability of the software you produce.
- Manage high-level specifications and best practices for the team.
- Mentor and coach developers, proactively seeking opportunities to enhance their skills.
- Act as a technical leader within the team.
- Ensure engineering maturity and quality control.
- Lead and promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Create a safe environment for developers to experiment with radical and high-risk changes.
Profile
- 5+ years' experience as a professional software developer.
- Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent.
- Resilient and able to operate in a dynamic and sometimes stressful environment.
- Structured, systematic, and organized in your work approach.
- Optimistic, motivating, and visionary.
- Available for international travel.
Professional Requirements
- Proven experience in developing web applications with .NET / C# backend deployed in Docker or AKS.
- Knowledge of frontend technologies is a plus.
- Experience with automated testing and deployments.
- Good understanding of Agile principles (XP, Scrum, Kanban).
Languages
- Strong communication skills in English are mandatory. French or German are a big plus.
