For our latest mandate, we are looking for an exceptional talent with experience from the Pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and support for Commercial Operations in the headquarters and affiliates
• Handle all legal aspects of product sales, including negotiation of agreements
• Assist the General Counsel and other team members in legal matters
• Manage disputes and litigation related to commercial activities

Experience:

• Fluency in English and German
• Strong knowledge of Commercial Law
• Master’s Degree and admission to CH or EU Bar
• 5+ years of experience within Pharmaceutical industry
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry laws, regulations, and guidelines, particularly within Good Manufacturing Practices
