Job Summary

We are seeking a driven Partner Manager to deliver on our Hybrid Cloud Strategy and drive adoption of NetApp's Infrastructure Solutions and Cloud Services. As part of the French Swiss Partner Team, you will work with various levels of partner organizations, developing joint GTM strategies and executing Joint Business Plans. Your role involves supporting partners in their Hybrid Cloud Strategy and digital transformation, leveraging internal functions to establish credibility. You will own partner engagement and growth as well as collaborating with the sales team. NetApp sells products or services through Distributors and Channel Partners.

Job Requirements

You are a self-motivated, trustworthy self-starter with a strong desire to drive business initiatives and development with partners. Your influence increases partner preference for NetApp, boosts market penetration, and expands the share of wallet. You excel at translating NetApp's Infrastructure solutions into partner strategies and goals. You actively seek new contacts and opportunities within partner organizations, while also building external networks to support business needs. Additionally, you possess a solid understanding of the industry ecosystem.

Education

  • You have successfully completed technical or commercial training, ideally a degree at a university or university of applied sciences or IT training.
  • You have at 3-5 years of indirect sales experience and practice, primarily in the data management / infrastructure sector, but at least in the IT sector.
  • Preferably you already know the partners involved in the region.
  • Preferably you are familiar with the NetApp solution portfolio from both a sales and technical perspective.
  • Preferably you are also familiar with hybrid cloud & cloud solutions and can perfectly emphasize the advantages of the interaction with solutions in classic data centers.
  • Excellent English and French language skills (German language skills area plus)
