FinTeX is recruiting a senior business analyst to enhance its capacity to address a growing demand in the area of Business Analysis and Project Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Write functional specifications documents.
• Assist programmers in understanding and developing the appropriate functionalities.
• Participate in design review to ensure the integration of all requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong Financial Services industry experience.
• Strong analytical skills, leadership skills, writing skills.
• Knowledge of development methodologies such as waterfall and Agile.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Self-directed, self-motivated, independent worker.

Nice to Have

• Competences in financial software such as Kondor+, FrontArena, Fenics, Murex.
• Specific competences in core banking systems or PMS.
