Our client, Bourgeois Bohème Fintech (BOBO) is a leading fintech company providing premium financial solutions tailored for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Our services focus on high-limit digital transactions, customizable financial management for families and businesses, and exclusive luxury payment solutions.
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for overseeing BOBO’s daily operations, ensuring efficient execution of strategic initiatives, and optimizing internal processes to support growth. The COO will work closely with the CEO, CBDO (Chief Business Development Officer) and team to drive operational excellence, enhance customer experience, and scale the company’s expansion.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute and refine BOBO's operational strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives by creating clear reporting structures and KPIs/OKRs, ensuring tracking and accountability across departments.
- Oversee, develop and optimize internal processes, documentation and scalable workflows, including but not limited to compliance, risk management, and clients’ and partners’ onboarding, card issuance and product deliveries.
- Support sales and business development efforts by identifying bottlenecks in current workflows, removing inefficiencies and driving automation.
- Ensure operational synergy with BOBO's card issuance and fintech solutions, collaborating with teams for seamless and timely (trackable) product delivery and execution; ensure internal tools (CRM, ERP, project management software) are integrated and used effectively.
- Ensure all operations adhere to applicable financial regulations, especially in key markets such as the EU, UK, Switzerland and new potential markets.
- Coordinate across departments to drive initiatives related to licensing, partnerships, and product scalability.
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience as a COO or in a senior operational leadership role, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of fintech, digital payments, and high-net-worth customer needs.
- Demonstrated ability to scale operations in a fast-growing company.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and sustain a high-performance culture.
- Experience managing compliance and regulatory requirements in financial services.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Spanish, German, French) are a plus.

Remuneration
- Minimum annual gross salary: EUR 140,000 plus bonus.
- Total compensation depends on qualifications, experience, and location.
- ESOP – Eligible under employee stock ownership plan (to be developed).
