Join us for a 12‑month internship within the Customer Value & Analytics team, working directly with the Customer Engagement Manager.

Responsibilities

You will support the design, execution and optimization of Direct Marketing communications across the full campaign lifecycle.

Content creation & production

• Write content for newsletters and SMS
• Improve and optimize existing customer communications
• Create content for new customer engagement use cases
• Coordinate visual creation with Communication & Design teams
• Coordinate with the translation team (FR/DE/IT/EN)

Campaign execution & follow‑up

• Set up newsletters (structure, modules, content)
• Set up A/B tests and suggest optimizations
• Manage small marketing projects: contests, lead‑generation campaigns, etc.
• Monitor newsletter KPIs to improve communication impact

Innovation & special projects

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer communications
• Support the Direct Marketing communication plan
• Follow trends in email marketing and customer engagement in the telecom industry

What you bring

• You have a Bachelor/Master in Marketing, Communication, Business or a similar field
• Excellent writing skills in French and English; German is a plus
• Creative mindset and a strong interest in marketing copywriting
• Good organizational skills and ease in coordinating tasks and stakeholders
• Interest in CRM, customer engagement and Direct Marketing campaigns
• You are Swiss or European (EU) citizen
• Bonus: familiarity with a newsletter tool (Mailchimp, Brevo, etc.)
