Our client is a privately held investment firm in Zurich, active across Private Equity and Private Credit. The team is lean, analytical, and entrepreneurial, working closely with founders and management teams across tech‑driven B2B sectors in Europe and the Middle East.

To support continued growth, our client is looking to add an experienced Investment Professional to its direct investment team.

Your Role

• Lead key workstreams across the full investment process, from initial assessment to execution.
• Independently manage financial models, valuations, and investment cases.
• Take ownership of due diligence tracks (commercial, financial, market) and coordinate external advisors.
• Actively contribute to sourcing and pipeline development through market mapping and direct outreach.
• Engage with management teams and support portfolio value‑creation initiatives.
• Present findings and recommendations to the investment committee.

What You Bring

• Strong academic foundation and excellent analytical skills.
• 3–5+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or strategy consulting.
• Deep comfort with financial modelling and understanding of key value drivers.
• Ability to structure, lead, and deliver workstreams with high autonomy.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to work in a small, high‑performing team.
• Fluent in English and German.
