Nexum, as part of an ambitious industrial plan expanding in Italy and abroad, is hiring new talent. Regardless of the assigned project, you will also contribute to internal products already live and planned for 2025–2027. Permanent contract. Minimum 5‑year commitment. Locations: Rome, Pescara, Milan, Catania. Hybrid. Role

Build and run multi‑cloud CI/CD, SRE, and IaC for Nexum’s internal products. Product‑building background preferred.

What you’ll do

  • Design and operate GitLab/GitHub/Cloud Build pipelines.
  • Provision with Terraform and Packer; implement GitOps with Helm and Argo CD.
  • Run Kubernetes on GKE/EKS/AKS/OKE and Red Hat OpenShift; define SLI/SLO and error budgets.
  • Deliver observability with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Cloud Logging.
  • Enforce DevSecOps: OPA/Gatekeeper, Vault/KMS, CIS hardening, policy as code.
  • Manage APIs and ingress with Apigee/NGINX; drive FinOps.

LLM in the loop

Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Gemini Code Assist, and AWS CodeWhisperer to generate Terraform/K8s YAML, CI/CD templates, unit/integration tests, SRE runbooks, post‑mortems, and ChatOps summaries; RAG over internal playbooks and standards.
