Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute omni‑channel services.
  • Welcome and guide customers through a smooth customer cycle, tending to all details and providing best‑in‑class client experience.
  • Achieve sales, conversion, and client‑ling targets.
  • Uphold administrative procedures and skillfully manage inventory.

Qualifications

  • Interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent service and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Ability to identify customer needs, cross‑sell products, and close sales to achieve individual and store targets.
  • Responsive with a professional approach to resolving customer concerns.
  • Previous customer‑facing role in retail or hospitality.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Experience with CRM and client‑eling.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); additional languages preferred.
