We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Italian-speaking Customer Care Advisor in Lisbon. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our Italian-speaking customers.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal. Work model: Remote (Must be in Portugal or relocate). Relocation support offered for international candidates. It includes:

• €1.000 to €2.000 signing bonus
• Relocation assistance (flight reimbursement)
• Option to have accommodation included

Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues via e-mail/phone calls.

Requirements

• Italian C2 level
• English B2 level
• Customer-Centric or Sales Attitude
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Problem-Solving Abilities
• Adaptability: comfortable with multitasking in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
• Basic Computer Skills
