HR Business Partner - Product Development & Tech

We are looking for a talented and committed HR Business Partner to play a critical role in one of our Product Development & Tech HR teams located in Turin.

Responsibilities

• guaranteeing assistance to the line about staff (workers and employees)
• managing the HR KPIs (headcounts, overtime, injuries, etc.)
• resourcing the organization (recruitment, assignments, internal mobility)
• ensuring that all issues are properly identified, reported and resolved.
• ensuring the correct application of Local Law, Collective Agreement and Company Regulations and managing the internal trade union relations
• support the business to improve the decisions

Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience in Human Resources
• Demonstrate ability to motivate others and influence work behaviors
• Pro-active, enthusiastic and committed person
• Positive thinking approach
• Good knowledge of MS Office suite completes the profile
