An opportunity has arisen for a Administrative Secretary to join the procurement department during the summer season 2026 of Jumeirah Capri Palace. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
Oversee day-to-day activities, motivate and guide the team to achieve organizational goals.
Create and enforce timelines to meet targets, and delegate tasks to team members.
Brief staff on duties before shifts and compile duty rosters, advising on changes as needed.
Prepare reports and maintain appropriate filing systems for accurate record-keeping.
Oversee stock, inventory management, vendor directories, and contract agreements.
