What We Expect From You

• MSc degree in electrical, electronic, automotive engineering or similar
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and integrating battery systems for automotive applications.
• Ability to use simulation tools to predict battery performance and conduct data analysis is considered a plus.
• Knowledge of the main standards, regulatory requirements, and guidelines related to the presented topic (ISO, ECE…)
• Knowledge of requirements management tools (like IBM Doors, Polarion…) is a strong plus
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to battery systems, ensuring reliability and safety.
• Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams to integrate battery systems into larger and international automotive projects.
• English working proficiency is a must‑have
